How to Order - Existing Customer

Phone in Refill Order

You may phone in a refill by following the instructions below:

Step 1

 Call our customer service representatives at 1-888-431-1166 (toll free) and tell them you would like to place a refill order.
Note: If you have any new prescription(s) that you would like to have shipped with your refill(s), now is the time to let the customer service representative know. Once the customer service representative has this information, print off our prescription "Fax Coversheet" and mail or have your physician fax us your new prescription(s) to:

Step 1

 Enter your first name, last name and phone number into the customer sign in form.

Step 2

 Fill out the Refill Form and click the "Submit Order" link at the bottom to complete your order.

Order Refill and a New Prescription Online

You may submit a refill order online with a new prescription by following the instructions below:

Step 1

 Find your drug(s) using our drug search and add them to your shopping car

Step 2

 After you have added your drug(s) to your cart click the "Checkout" button. Enter your username and password into the "EXISTING CUSTOMER" form and click the "Sign In" button

 

Step 3

 Fill out the Refill Form and click the "Submit Order" link at the bottom to complete your order.

Step 4

 After your order has been submitted, print of the "Fax Coversheet" using the link provided on the confirmation page and mail or have your physician fax us your new prescription(s) at:
